Progressive gas springs will lift and hold your hood without the need for a poorly placed prop-rod, simply start to lift your hood and let our QuickLIFT system take over. Your hood will lift and hold firmly at the raised position, eliminate your prop rod today. This QuickLIFT System will fit the following Ford Explorer model years: 2020 2021 2022
QuickLIFT PLUS – This is our all-black system… it includes black powder-coated hardware with our progressive rate gas springs with a special black e-coating.
Our 2020 Ford Explorer Hood QuickLIFT System is a partial bolt-in system. The lower bracket bolts into place on the shock tower while the upper bracket rivets into place mid-way up the hood.
